What are the jewellery made of?
All our jewellery is made of 100% recycled 925 sterling silver or 22 karat gold-plated 925 sterling silver.

Can I order a piece of jewellery in solid gold?
All our designs can be ordered in 14 or 18 karat solid gold. The price depends on the weight and therefore also your size. Send us an inquiry at hello@ixstudioscph.com.
Can I get my jewellery gold-plated again?
We offer gold-plating services at reasonable prices and specific guidance on how to give your jewellery a long lifespan. We want you to wear your IX STUDIOS jewellery for many years.

Do you deliver internationally?
We deliver worldwide online. If you cannot find your country at checkout, please send us an email at hello@ixstudioscph.com, and we will assist you.
How do I order an engraving?
See our jewellery for engraving here.
Go to the product and click 'Add engraving.'
Then you can write your text, choose font, placement, and see a sketch of your engraving on the selected piece of jewellery.
You can also choose to upload an image of what you want engraved and add it to the jewellery.
If you choose to upload an image/file, our designer will send a sketch of the engraving on the selected piece of jewellery for your approval before production begins.
You will receive the sketch within a few days.
Can I purchase the jewellery in a physical store or retailer?
You can purchase our jewellery in our stores in the heart of Copenhagen or from one of our many retailers.

How do I return my order?
How do I exchange a piece of jewellery?
We are happy to assist with the exchange of your jewelry if, unfortunately, the size doesn't fit.

All engraved jewelry, as well as solid 14 karat gold jewelry, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Repair and complaint
If you have a complaint about one of our products purchased in our webshop, please contact us: hello@ixstudioscph.com.
The right to make a complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in the material and / or manufacturing, not wear and tear or self-inflicted damage. The complaint does not apply to defects or damage due to incorrect handling of the product. IX STUDIOS covers return costs to a reasonable extent if the complaint is justified. We reserve the right to remedy the complaint by replacing with an undamaged item rather than refunding the purchase price. This means that your item will be repaired, or you will receive a new item sent as a replacement for the item you have complained about, if your complaint is justified.
Can i return or exchange in your store?
If you have purchased your jewellery from us, you are always welcome to get assistance with returns or exchanges in our own stores; simply bring your receipt.
What is the deadline for returns when purchasing a gift?
We have a 14 days full return policy.

DELIVERY
How long is the delivery time?
2-5 days delivery worldwide when ordering before 12:00 pm in all working days.
Note: The delivery time for jewellery with custom engravings can be up to 4 weeks.
